The year past, the year ahead

Happy birthday to myself

Just half and an hour ago, the time in Shanghai, China came to Oct.4. It's the day people sent the 1st artificial satellite to space and on Oct.4.1985 I was born.

Another year has past and now I want to say something about my 20th years in the world. In year 2004, I became an university student and thanks to the open studying style in new school, I have relatively long spare time (still not enough, though)for my hobby -- skinning.

In ther late time of last year, I started to learning making visual style. Afterwards, I found that this is really challenging and funny. And to myself, it's very pround to finally release my first windowblinds skin -- J1 (http://jjying.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SkinID=4732&LibID=1&comments=1). It's far from good, but I knew I can tame the skinstudio which I thought would be extremely difficult for me.

My major subject at university is physics, but I really don't like, after facing it for many years, I've been totally tired of the formulea...

Manytimes I imagined that I can be a designer in the future instead of an engineer, but the reality told me I still have long long way to go if I want to become a real designer. In the next year, I'll have to learn more and more about photoshop, 3ds MAX and even illustrator and after effects to improve myself. Also, I'll make more skins, already 5 wb skins on hand to be finished but I must say I still love skinning!

Sorry for my poor english, hope I can get more practise in learning english, so I decided to write more stuff in the community.
It's almost 2am now, I've got to sleep
